Point Nepean Conveyancing was founded by Dana Pendlebury in 1990, in order offer a streamlined alternative to the then traditional conveyancing process.

Since inception, Point Nepean Conveyancing has delighted in de-mystifying and simplifying the conveyancing process.

Point Nepean Conveyancing began and has remained a home-based business in order to continue to offer our unrivalled 7 day per week client contact.   Our nominal hours of business are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday through Friday, and available for weekend / after hours contact. 

Dana has in excess of 28 years conveyancing experience and knowledge in both Victorian and Queensland jurisdictions, gathered working for a variety of Barristers and Solicitors, and has in the past worked in several local law practices as principal conveyancer.

The conveyancing process is about to leap into the 21st Century and become an electronic process based upon secure internet technology. We can't wait to embrace this process and continue at the forefront of conveyancing practice to deliver to our clients a seamless and painless transfer of Title.

Point Nepean Conveyancing retains a Solicitor to assist with legal advice when necessary and maintains the required Professional Indemnity Insurance.
